Terms of Service

Terms of Service – Virtual Live Training Course

These Terms of Service apply to your participation in this virtual, live training course (“the Course”). By joining the Course, you agree to the following:

1. Access and Participation

  • You’ll receive access details solely for your own use. Please don’t share meeting links or login information with anyone else unless we explicitly agree.

  • You’re responsible for ensuring your internet connection, equipment, and environment are suitable for participation. We can’t be held liable if your tech gremlins act up.

2. Conduct

  • Be respectful, professional, and constructive. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour disrupts the learning environment, without refund.

  • You must not record, distribute, or broadcast any part of the Course unless we’ve given written permission.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, tools, slides, exercises, and content provided during the Course remain the intellectual property of the Course provider.

  • You may use the materials for your own learning and internal organisational development, but you may not copy, share, resell, or adapt them for commercial use.

4. Confidentiality

  • Participants may share experiences or examples during the Course. Treat anything shared as confidential unless the person clearly says otherwise.

  • We will also treat any information you share in the Course as confidential, except where legally required.

5. Liability

  • The Course is delivered with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not accept liability for any decisions you make or actions you take based on the Course content.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Cancellations and Changes

  • If we cancel or reschedule, you’ll be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

  • Refunds for participant cancellations are only available with at least 7 days’ written notice, unless stated otherwise in your booking terms.

  • We may update or adapt Course content at any point to improve the experience.

7. Data Protection

  • We collect and process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the Course and administering your participation.

  • Your information will be handled according to applicable data protection laws.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland (or the UK, if you prefer), and any disputes will be handled by the appropriate courts.
